The Commission, an advisory group to the County Board of Supervisors, consists of up to 15 members, three members appointed by each of the five Supervisors. General meetings of the Commission are held in the Henry Dreyfuss Board Room of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in the Music Center according to a published schedule and are open to the public.
