This internship with Fostering Dreams Project offers a unique opportunity to merge your passion for dance and the arts with marketing expertise. You'll gain hands-on experience in promoting artistic performances and community engagement, making a tangible impact on the arts, our youth, and communities, while honing your digital marketing skills in a supportive and creative environment.  This position will work approximately 25 hours a week from June 2024- Feb 2025. 

Qualifications

Required and Preferred Qualifications include:  Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.). Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Enthusiasm for dance and the arts is highly desirable. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines. Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related program at an accredited college or university.

The Marketing Intern will work closely with our Executive Director to promote our dance events, engage with our audience, and help grow our organization's presence.
