Second Year Proposed Grant Project
Reporting Instructions

Organizational Grant Program I (OGP I) assists Los Angeles County resident arts organizations to achieve long-range artistic and administrative goals through direct funding and management assistance services. Funds for the
OGP I program are provided by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and are awarded to each organization as a two-year grant.

The following reporting instructions are for recipients of an OGP I two-year grant awarded in 2000/2001. The fiscal year will end June 30, 2001 and in order to be eligible to receive the second year of funding, each organization will need to do the following:

  • Complete the project for which the organization received a grant award for the first year and submit all invoicing and reports. Organizations who have not invoiced for their funds from the 2000/2001 fiscal year must do so by June 30, 2001.

  • Complete and submit by Tuesday, July 31, 2001 the 3-page
2001/2002 Second Year Proposed Grant Project Form.

Please note that failure to return this information by July 31 or invoice in a timely manner may result in the forfeiture of your organization's remaining grant funds.

Submit all 3-pages via mail, e-mail or fax by Tuesday, July 31, 2001 to:
