Project Description

The Vermont Corridor Building is a new facility in Koreatown for the Department of Mental Health and Department of Workforce Development, Aging, and Community Services. Artist Amir H. Fallah was selected to create an artwork for the outdoor terrace. Fallah sourced imagery from doors found across Los Angeles County to serve as a metaphor for moving past personal challenges toward positive change. He worked with Judson Studios to fabricate and translate his designs into three stained and fused glass sculptures.
