Project Description

Crescenta Valley Community Regional Park is nestled in a green, tree-filled valley providing community access to a beautiful natural area of native California flora and fauna. Artist Aaron Morse was selected to complete an artwork for the back wall of the kitchen area located in the center of the park, an important and frequently used resource for the local community. The mural “Fitness” represents a horizontal group of figures and objects that reflect or allude to park fitness, exercise, and recreational activities. The artwork was painted directly on the wall and completed on June 17, 2020.
