Description

The Audience and Donor Relations Intern will work directly with the Antaeus team and our community as we produce virtual events this fall, and will gain experience in both development and theater management throughout the duration of the internship. Under the supervision of the Director of Development, the intern will learn successful donor correspondence and audience engagement strategies through our upcoming lineup of virtual events, including The Zip Code Radio Plays and our new Book Club program. The intern will interact with donors and community members as we organize and share these events with the public. Working with an accomplished team of artists and administrators, the intern will learn desirable skills in fundraising and non-profit arts administration, gaining particular experience in the logistics of coordinating activities during social distancing. In addition to being supervised by the Director of Development, the intern will have the opportunity to interact with the entire Antaeus administrative team and engage in various aspects of theatre management and communications. This will be a remote work position. The Antaeus staff are currently working from home, and it is our expectation that this will continue for the duration of the internship. This is a fully remote position with flexibile hours between 20-40 hours a week and will work from September through November.
