Our current social media channels are lacking engagement and our audience growth is stagnant. We’re not looking for someone to maintain the status quo, this internship will be a hands-on opportunity to research, experiment and create content to share on our digital channels with support across all departments. You’ll learn in a fail forward environment how to go from start to finish and refine your process while creating data-driven work to add to your portfolio. Expect to try on different ‘hats’ in marketing, visual and oral communications, etc. Prospective Projects: Assist with ideation, planning, sourcing, and developing content for digital platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters etc.) Monitoring efforts and engaging audiences (learn how to reflect and make adjustments based on findings and feedback) Collaborate across departments for insights on effective communication for different audiences Organize and clean audience contacts list for use across platforms
