The Arts Education Intern will act as a second hand to the Artistic Director and Program & Operations Coordinator throughout the 10-week internship. They will engage in the planning, producing and directing of the Everybody Dance Camp! arts education classes. They will be deeply involved in helping successfully run camp and prepare for the fall dance season. This position will work approximately 40 hours a week from June through August.
Ideally, the applicant will have experience with visual arts and crafts, some dance knowledge and be enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable. The intern must have leadership qualities, good communication and organizational skills, and be a team player. Previous experience working with youth is mandatory. Also useful is an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Our dance program, Everybody Dance! provides year-round, high-quality, sequential dance during the school-day and after-school for over 5000 children and youth ages 4 to 19.
