Hollywood HEART develops character strengths, confidence, and resiliency in at-risk youth through purposeful engagement in the arts. Hollywood HEART is looking for someone who is good at multi-tasking, with excellent communication skills, and an upbeat attitude to handle office administrative responsibilities leading up to, and during, our summer arts camp program. The Administrative Intern will be working in the office focusing on various areas of non-profit administration such as general office tasks, operations, marketing, public relations, and event planning. Our organization is founded on the principles of Hope, Education, Arts, Resiliency, and Teamwork (HEART) and we look forward to partnering with an enthusiastic individual to help us support Camp Hollywood HEART. This position will work 15-30 hours a week from August through December.


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required. Strong proficiency using Mac and/or PC operating systems. Must be proficient in MS Office and/or Google Docs, Sheets, Drive. Experience with Constant Contact, Word Press, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with various departments to finish necessary projects.
