The Production Intern will work closely with the Executive Director, Elizabeth Cline, Artistic Director Yuval Sharon and other staff with production and administrative projects to support the development and implementation of The Industry’s 2022 world premiere production Grand Hotel. This position will work approximately 20-30 hours a week from August through December.
- Production Intern must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G-Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets), Zoom, Dropbox and must also be comfortable using email, scheduling, and taking notes.
- We are looking for an Intern who is organized, creative, can think on their feet, work independently, meet deadlines, take direction, multitask, and adapt to quickly changing priorities.
- It is not necessary to be proficient or even to have an interest in opera. Rather, The Industry is interested in working with someone who loves the arts, is open-minded, and gets excited about doing things in new and innovative ways.
The intern will provide production and administrative support for The Industry’s 2022 large scale world premiere multidisciplinary opera production Grand Hotel.
