LACO celebrates historical masterworks and champions contemporary composers. The LACO marketing internship offers opportunities to gain a foundation in nonprofit arts management, with an emphasis on marketing, by assisting with the assembly of the Orchestra's season program books, e-marketing and social media campaigns, and by promoting the College All-Access Pass program.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; flexibility; ability to prioritize and be organized; adept at meeting deadlines; strong ethos of customer service and teamwork; fluency in Word and Excel; familiarity with database work and internet research. The preferred candidate will have some background in music, since the program book project will require a familiarity with composers, repertoire and music terminology.
