Connect people. Create community and help create greater opportunities for diverse local artists at a professional intimate theatre with Off Broadway productions and national exposure. You’ll work at the center of a collaborative team that believes in building connections, the importance of theatre as an essential cultural force, and the artist’s power to create understanding and nurture positive social change.  This position will work 15-20 hours a week from September 2021 to January 2022.

The Communications and Development Intern must possess strong interpersonal skills, be an excellent communicator both in person and on paper, as well as a self-starter. They need solid administrative and computer skills, along with a better than average knowledge of Social Media platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel and online research. To be successful, they should be socially aware, and comfortable talking with strangers and people of diverse backgrounds, ages and experiences in person or over the phone. They should have an attitude that is positive and upbeat, be collaborative, flexible, and skilled at multi-tasking and completing tasks accurately and on time. Practical knowledge about theatre is very helpful. Evening, weekday, and weekend hours are required, along with reliable transportation that allows you to work at multiple locations in the same day when necessary.
