The mission of the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts is to create, present and celebrate unique performing arts events and educational programs that reflect the rich cultural diversity of our community. Located in Beverly Hills, The Wallis presents an annual season of theater, music, dance, and speaker series, and a range of education and outreach programs that make the performing arts accessible to all community members and cultivate the next generation of artists and audiences.
The Digital Marketing & PR Intern will support the Communications and Marketing team in executing public relations and social media strategies for summer events happening at The Wallis, as well as preparation for the 2020-21 Season. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the drafting of press releases and other collateral, attending brainstorming sessions, performing database updates, updating event/calendar listings, researching press and community outreach groups, supporting the creation of The Wallis' 2020/21 season brochure, and more. Nominated for 28 Ovation Awards, four L.A. Drama Critic's Circle Awards and the recipient of six architectural awards, the performing arts center brings audiences world-class theater, dance and music, performed by many of the world's most talented and sought-after artists. This will be a fully remote position with flexible hours working from August to March.
