The Department of Arts and Culture is transitioning to a new grant management system | SurveyMonkey Apply. All applications for the 2021 Arts Internship Program must be completed SurveyMonkey Apply.
Applicant organizations will submit a unique application for each internship position they are requesting. We strongly recommend doing the following before you begin your application:
- Log in to your FluidReview account and download your previous Arts Internship Applications.
- Log in to the new SurveyMonkey Apply system using your log-in information from the FluidReview system.
- Review the 2021 Arts Internship Application Guide

This information only applies to organizations applying to host interns. Students interested in applying for the 2021 Arts Internship Program should apply directly to the organizations they are interested in when the full list of positions become available at the beginning of April 2021.

Application Workshops And Office Hours
The Department of Arts and Culture holdings in-person and virtual application workshops, as well as open office hours to assist first time applicants and allow returning applicants to ask questions about guideline changes. First time applications are strongly encouraged to attend an application workshop.
