11:11 Projects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Intern to assist with the organization's fundraising and development efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in arts administration, grant writing, donor relations, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the arts and nonprofit sector and eager to support our mission of fostering community through public art and creative programming. This position is approximately 20 hours a week September 2025 - January 2026
Interest in nonprofit development, fundraising, arts administration, or related fields is essential. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required, while experience with donor management software is a plus. The intern should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating a passion for the arts, community engagement, and social impact.
