Description

By acting in an internship capacity at Angels Vocal Art, it is guaranteed that any and all recipients will receive hands on experience associated with the internal operations of a prominent performing arts organization. This being the case in such a creative and productive working atmosphere, all are welcome to bring their unique skills to the AVA table, and will be given opportunities to express their thoughts, feedback and ideas on a regular basis.  As all members who are and have historically been affiliated with AVA well know, it is collaboration, communication and an ability to collectively bring to fruition, a successful performance product of which all involved both internally and externally, can universally be proud of.  This internship position will function for approximately 15-18 hours a week, from June through December, 2023.
 

Qualifications

All interested students must provide a cover letter on how their background, knowledge and skills can deliver important contributions to AVA. Academic background shall be included and whether they participated in previous internships.  Candidates will articulate their creative abilities and vision. Unique points should be disclosed by which an applicant clearly stands out among the group of interested individuals.  AVA is looking for language concerning outcomes resulting from an academic setting's marketing campaign. How effective was the student's ability to present, and what were the quantitative findings once the given metrics were analyzed? AVA will focus on how an applicant's personal approach and style can contribute fruitfully for these efforts.  Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Basic HTML knowledge, graphic design and photo/video editing skills are a plus.

Included shall be their academic background and whether they participated in previous internships.  AVA wishes to identify those who can articulate a keen emphasis on creativity and vision. Unique points should be described on the cover letter by which an applicant clearly stands out among the group of interested parties.  For an emphasis on marketing-related projects, AVA is looking for some resilient language about notions on how to enlarge the company's audience base. AVA will be interpreting how an applicant's personal approach and style can contribute successfully for each of the above-mentioned efforts.
