The intern will support planning, logistics, and on-site coordination for MoFundamentals’ Juchéti Uarhán Dance Festival celebrating foster-adoptee, street dance, and P'urhépecha culture. This position is ideal for students interested in nonprofit arts management, cultural equity, and community-based arts programming. This position will work approximately 15–20 hours per week from September through mid-December 2026, providing hands-on experience in arts administration and festival production.
Preferred Qualifications: - Interest in nonprofit arts administration, festival production, or community-based cultural programming. - Experience with social media, digital communications, or marketing. - Familiarity with arts production, event coordination, or festival logistics. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools. - Interest in cultural equity, diversity, and working with foster-adoptee or BIPOC communities. - Experience in documentation, photography, or video production is a plus. MoFundamentals will provide hands-on mentorship to guide the intern in learning all aspects of program administration and festival production. We are seeking an intern who is ready to engage, support, and grow through immersive experience in arts operations and community-focused programming.
