The Marketing Intern will join Pacific Opera Project’s energetic team to support digital and social media marketing for the 2026–27 Season. Working closely with POP’s Digital & Social Media Manager, the intern will help plan, draft, and post content across POP’s social platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. The intern will capture behind-the-scenes moments at rehearsals and performances, assist with real-time event coverage, and engage online audiences to grow POP’s community. Ideal for a creative student passionate about the performing arts, storytelling, and digital media, this hybrid position runs approximately 15–20 hours per week from July 2026 through January 2027, with in-person work at POP’s Highland Park headquarters and performance venues throughout central and Northeast Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and enthusiastic about the performing arts, with an interest in digital storytelling and audience engagement. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube is preferred, along with curiosity about marketing strategy and visual content creation. Training will be provided in POP’s CRM system (Neon). This position is a great fit for students who enjoy creating and sharing engaging content, working collaboratively, and contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced arts organization.
