March is Arts Education Month! It's a time to recognize the transformative power of arts in the lives of young people in LA County and across the state. On social media, we have been sharing arts ed stories, spotlights, and resources and below as well, a new statewide campaign we're part of with CreateCA and the Peanuts. It's also Women's History Month, and we reflect on the many remarkable women artists, culture bearers, and arts leaders, as well as the historic fact that all five seats on the Board of Supervisors are held by women.
