Sgt. Pepper is a fantastic tribute to the Beatles—the greatest and most successful rock & roll band of all time. Beatles music appeals to all generations, from teenagers to septuagenarians. Beatles music is more popular than the music of any other artist. And Sgt. Pepper delivers the mop tops’ music in a powerful way. No one under 60 saw the Beatles perform live. Sgt. Pepper offers an opportunity to experience an evening of live Beatles’ music. The band has performed at festivals and concerts in the park throughout Southern California, including Altadena, Baldwin Park, Culver City, Covina, Cudahy, Duarte, Gardena, Manhattan Beach, Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Santa Barbara, Sierra Madre, Stephenson Ranch, Valencia, Ventura, West Covina, and others. Sgt Pepper’s members are well-known, LA-based musicians and singers who have performed with major recording artists. The members came together out of a mutual love of Beatles’ music. Sgt. Pepper performs three different shows: As a quartet, all Beatles and all British Invasion (for the latter, the band mixes in songs by other British Invasion artists, including the Animals, Badfinger, Cream, the Dave Clark Five, the Herman’s Hermits, the Kinks, the Rolling Stones, the Yardbirds, the Who, and others.) Finally, celebrating the 50^th anniversary of the greatest rock album of all time, the band performs the Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album as a quintet.
