They will be exposed to all aspects of running the organization working with the Executive, Development & Outreach, and the Studio, Operations, & Communications Directors in various capacities to support the day to day operations including but not limited to: administrative, programs & studio operations, communications & marketing, grant writing, and also attend staff meetings to learn how our small team works together to manage & grow programming, engage our community, and maintain operations. Pieter interns will have weekly check-ins with their supervisor to assess goals, challenges, and to share ongoing learnings and ideas. By the end of the internship, Pieter interns have working knowledge of all aspects of running a small arts organization and leave equipped with skills, self confidence, and adaptability as they move ahead in their careers. This position will work an average of 20 hrs/week from June - November 2026 and also be able to take Pieter classes and workshops at no cost.
