Candidate should have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent internet research skills, punctuality, reliability, follow through, attention to detail, a flexible, energetic, creative individual, highly organized, as well as focused and self-motivated and able to juggle multiple tasks.  The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and a desire to introduce arts to youth. Previous experience in performing arts and/or working with children is a plus. Candidates should be energetic , positive,  patient, motivated and must be comfortable working with children and parents.
