MOCA is the only artist-founded museum in Los Angeles, dedicated to collecting and exhibiting contemporary art. View The Expanding Field: MOCA's Collection from the 1940s to 1970s exhibition that focuses on artworks dating from the 1940s to the 1970s that demonstrates the collection’s historical depth, commitment to artistic experimentation, and global awareness. California Plaza

Parking rates at California Plaza are $4.75 for every 10 minutes, $45 maximum until 5am;
$16 flat rate on weekdays from 5pm to 5am and all day on weekends and holidays.

Visitors can enter California Plaza from Olive Street or Lower Grand, between Kosciuszko Way and 4th Street, near the Omni Hotel. Entrances are marked 1 CAL and 2 CAL; either entrance can be used.

Metered street parking is available on Grand Ave. Please note that MOCA is unable to validate parking for any downtown lot.

Parking is also available at the nearby Walt Disney Concert Hall and Broad Museum as well as public lots on surrounding surface streets. Validation is unavailable.
