Description

The Advancement Intern will work closely with both the Marketing and Development departments to assist with operations in EWP’s 60th Anniversary Season. They will participate in marketing campaigns, create social media and email communications, participate in planning and executing special events, and support fundraising and donor operations. The intern will gain a thorough introduction to the inner workings of a mid-sized theater organization while learning specific skills in marketing, communications, event planning, and fundraising. They will work 15-20 hours per week from June 2025 through December 2025.
 

Qualifications

Applicants must feel a connection to the impact of EWP and have a desire to support the mission & work of the company; interest in and knowledge of AANHPI issues and/or issues of diversity, equity, access and inclusion in performing arts is a plus. Must have proficiency in internet research, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Canva. Copywriting, website editing, and any additional graphic design skills are desirable. Additional budget, fundraising, event planning, Monday.com, Salesforce, or Adobe experience is a plus!
