Harmony, 2022, Acrylic on brick

Artist team, Aqmni collaborated with the members of the Boys and Girls Club of Venice to conceptualize and fabricate this mural for their building in 2022. The design celebrates the diversity of the youth served by the club and the unique access to the arts it specializes in providing. At first glance, the design appears chaotic but upon closer inspection, the lines and colors coalesce in perfect harmony. Although this composition was intended to be symbolic of the essence of the Venice location Boys and Girls Club, the artists feel it is also further reflective of the synergistic and diverse landscape of Los Angeles.
