The Music Education Intern at Los Angeles Master Chorale will support the Chorale’s award-winning choral music instruction programs – Voices Within, Oratorio Project, High School Choir Festival, and the new Youth Chorus LA – in the 2025-26 academic year. The intern will work approximately 20 hours per week from September 2025 through February 2026. Work will be performed in the office, at school partner sites, and remotely, in a hybrid work model. The intern will assist at education and community engagement events and concerts throughout LA County.
Bilingual English / Spanish. Passion for music education. Comfortable interacting with diverse populations. Discretion and sound judgement when handling personal information from students and families. Excellent organization skills. Excellent communication ability, including writing and listening skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent time management skills. Comfortable utilizing social media platforms.
