About the Opportunity

A Manager, Arts and Culture manages and supervises, through support staff, the development, implementation, and administrative activities of a portfolio of comprehensive, highly complex, multi-layered initiatives, and specialized arts and culture programs.

The ideal candidates will have professional experience within the Los Angeles County arts and culture ecosystem, including familiarity with local arts policies, initiatives, and community needs. The Department is also seeking individuals with experience related to cultural equity, diversity, inclusion, and/or experience working with underserved communities or populations.
